There are various differences (such as there being an extra pin in the TPS connector, etc). In the end, you can use an auto harness on a manual Z but not the other way around. Using an auto harness in a manual will mean you'll have some extra stuff that is not used. However, using a manual harness in an auto means you will be missing some things.
